DISCUSSION:

A round or two of thunderstorms is expected to affect portions of
the outlook area Wednesday into Wednesday night. Scattered
thunderstorms Wednesday morning could produce hail, possibly
large. If additional thunderstorms develop late in the afternoon
or evening, those there is a chance that those storm could pose a
risk of locally damaging winds and large hail.

In addition, periodic bouts of thunderstorms are possible Friday
through the weekend. There does appear to be some risk of heavy
rainfall and severe thunderstorms in the region during this
period, but it is a bit too far into the future to pin down
details.

Finally, portions of the Kankakee River in northwest Indiana will
remain in flood through Wednesday.
