THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.
.DAY ONE...Tonight.
WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Hail Risk...up to nickel size.
Limited Thunderstorm Wind Damage Risk...up to 60 MPH.
Limited Flooding Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Isolated to widely scattered showers are possible the rest of
today and tonight. Widespread severe weather is not anticipated,
but some of the stronger storms could produce locally strong winds
and heavy rain.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.
Sunday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Thursday and Friday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
DISCUSSION:
There will be additional thunderstorms on Sunday with a low end
severe threat. Locally strong winds and heavy rain are the
primary concerns. The greatest threat for severe thunderstorms
will lie along and south of a Peru to Chicago line.
