WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
High Swim Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Isolated thunderstorms are possible this afternoon south of
Interstate 80. Severe weather is not expected. Dangerous swimming
conditions are expected at northwest Indiana Lake Michigan
beaches.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.
Wednesday...
Limited Flooding Risk.
Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Thursday...
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.
Friday...
Limited Flooding Risk.
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.
Saturday and Sunday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
DISCUSSION:
An active weather pattern is expected Wednesday through Friday
with several periods of thunderstorms. At this time, Wednesday
and Friday look to feature the most widespread thunderstorms. At
least Wednesday will have a risk for strong to severe
thunderstorms and both Wednesday and Friday will also have a risk
for very heavy rainfall and flooding.
