THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Hail Risk...up to quarter size.
Limited Thunderstorm Wind Damage Risk...up to 60 MPH.
Elevated Fog Risk This Morning.

DISCUSSION:

Thunderstorms are expected to increase in coverage by late morning
and midday area wide, with an increasing threat of an isolated
stronger storm. However, the more widespread coverage is expected
this afternoon into the early evening mainly south of I-80. The
highest threat of severe weather is also expected in the
afternoon and south of I-80, but isolated stronger storms are
possible elsewhere in northern Illinois and northwest Indiana
during that time.

Sunday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Monday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Tuesday and Wednesday...
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Isolated thunderstorms are possible across the entire outlook
area Saturday afternoon, with additional chances for strong to
severe thunderstorms on Sunday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters may be needed this afternoon and early evening mainly
south of I-80.
