THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Hail Risk...up to nickel size.
Limited Thunderstorm Wind Risk...up to 50 MPH.

DISCUSSION:

Isolated thunderstorms will end early this morning. There is a
slight chance of thunderstorms this afternoon and early evening
with thunderstorm chances increasing late this evening into the
overnight hours. A few strong storms are possible, mainly west of
I-39.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Saturday...
Limited Flooding Risk.
Significant Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Tuesday through Thursday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Severe thunderstorms are possible Saturday afternoon and evening.
The primary threats will be large hail and damaging winds, with
locally heavy rainfall also possible.

Spotters may be needed Saturday afternoon and evening.
