THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:

Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Significant Fire Weather Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Hot, dry and breezy conditions will continue this evening before
winds ease back after dark. Such conditions create an increased
risk of wild fires.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday...
Elevated Fire Weather Risk.
Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.
Wednesday through Friday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Unseasonably hot weather will continue into at least the middle
of next week. Temperatures in the lower to middle 90s are expected each
day with night time low temperatures remaining in the lower to
mid 70s in urban and suburban areas. Max heat indices during the
period are expected to generally remain just below 100 degrees.

Breezy conditions combined with the heat will result in an
elevated fire weather risk again Sunday.
