THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Thunderstorm Wind Damage Risk...up to 50 MPH.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Hot weather will continue today, with heat indices topping out
near 100 degrees.
Thunderstorms developing to our northwest tonight may shift
far enough south later tonight to impact portions of far
northern Illinois late tonight. The primary threat with these
storms, should they make it into northern Illinois, would be
gusty winds.

Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.

Unseasonably hot temperatures will continue for the first half
of the week. Heat indices could again be near 100 degrees in some
areas on Tuesday.
