THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
High Swim Risk for northwest Indiana beaches.

DISCUSSION:

Isolated thunderstorms are possible this afternoon.
Severe weather is not expected. Dangerous swimming conditions are
expected at northwest Indiana Lake Michigan beaches.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Wednesday...
Elevated Flooding Risk.
Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Thursday...
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.
Friday...
Limited Flooding Risk.
Significant Thunderstorm Risk.
Saturday and Sunday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

An active weather pattern is expected Wednesday through Friday
with several periods of thunderstorm potential. At this time,
Wednesday and Friday look to feature the most widespread
thunderstorms. At least Wednesday will have a risk for strong to
severe thunderstorms and both Wednesday and Friday will also have
a risk for very heavy rainfall and flooding.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.

Toward the southeast at 40 to 45 mph.
