Elevated Fire Weather Risk.
DISCUSSION...
The combination of low relative humidity and gusty northwest winds
will create an elevated fire danger this afternoon.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
Friday...
Significant Frost and Freeze Risk Friday night.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.
Saturday Morning...
Significant Frost and Freeze Risk.
Wednesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Strong north winds combined with record high Lake Michigan water
levels will likely cause lakeshore flooding Friday and Friday
evening along portions of the Illinois and Indiana shores.
An unseasonably cold air mass is likely to bring a widespread
freeze to the region Friday night and early Saturday morning.
