This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Extreme Freeze Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Sub-freezing temperatures will occur tonight, with a hard freeze
expected across portions of northern Illinois and northwest
Indiana away from the lake and outside of the urban corridors of
Chicago and Rockford.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Wednesday.

Sunday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Limited Freeze Risk.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.
Monday night and Early Tuesday...
Elevated Frost Risk.
Wednesday and Thursday...
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A quick moving system is expected to move through on Sunday
bringing the potential for strong winds to 40 mph or more in spots
and isolated thunderstorms. A lakeshore flooding risk increases
Sunday evening and overnight as strong northerly winds develop
behind the system, especially across northwest Indiana.
