Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms are expected to develop
after dark tonight. Lightning and brief downpours are the main
risks.

Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.

Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible Thursday afternoon and
evening mainly south of I-88. The main risks are damaging winds,
large hail, and localized flooding.
