THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR North Central Illinois...
Northeast Illinois AND Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:

Limited Fire Weather Risk through the afternoon.

DISCUSSION:

RH values of 25 to 30 percent and winds of 10 to 15 mph will create a
limited fire weather risk this afternoon. Fuels are not as dry due to
recent rains, but 10 hour fuel moisture values will near 7 to 10 percent.

Portions of the Kankakee River in northwest Indiana will remain in flood.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Wednesday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A few thunderstorms are possible on Sunday with a cold front, with slightly
higher chances across areas south of Interstate 80 Sunday afternoon. A storm
system will impact the area next Wednesday and bring the threat of thunderstorms,
potentially strong, to the region.

Flooding is expected along portions of the Kankakee River in
northwest Indiana.
