THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR North Central Illinois...
Northeast Illinois AND Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Hail Risk...up to quarter size.
Limited Thunderstorm Wind Damage Risk...up to 60 MPH.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Significant Fire Weather Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Windy, warm, and very dry conditions will ease this evening
ending the significant wildfire risk.

Thunderstorms will be possible late tonight as a cold front
moves through the Upper Mississippi Valley. There is a chance
that a few storms may become strong to severe across northwestern
Illinois, north of a Dixon to Harvard line.

Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Fire Weather Risk.
Thursday...
Elevated Flooding Risk.
Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

There will be a continued chance for thunderstorms through early
Friday. Severe storms and flooding are possible Wednesday evening
and again Thursday afternoon and night.
