...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM WEDNESDAY
TO 1 AM CDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...A period of mixed precipitation is expected from mid
morning through mid afternoon, with some potential for
accumulating snow, sleet, and or freezing rain. Precipitation
will change to all snow late Wednesday afternoon and continue
into Wednesday evening with total snow and sleet accumulations
of 1 to 3 inches expected.

* WHERE...Winnebago, Boone, McHenry, Lake IL and Ogle Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Wednesday to 1 AM CDT Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Slippery road conditions are possible
Wednesday morning and afternoon, but are fairly likely Wednesday
evening. Expect reduced visibilities at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
