THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:

Limited Ice Accumulation Risk.
Elevated Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Some isolated areas of freezing drizzle are possible through
early this evening across far northern IL near the Wisconsin
border. Otherwise, expect a period of snow to develop over much of
the area this evening, before ending overnight. Some minor
accumulations of an inch or two are possible mainly north of I-88,
with lighter amounts possible south.

Flooding is expected along portions of the Kankakee River.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Portions of the Kankakee River will remain in flood.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
