THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:

Elevated Snow and Sleet Risk.
Limited Lakeshore Flooding Risk.

DISCUSSION:

An on and off wintry mix, including freezing rain or drizzle at
times, will continue this afternoon north of the Interstate 88
corridor. This will turn to all snow tonight. Areas south of the
I-88 corridor will see rain turn over to snow late this afternoon
through tonight, and brief periods of sleet are possible during
the transition period. Most areas will see less than an inch of
snow.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Monday...
Limited Snow Risk.
Wednesday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
