THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:

Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Winds could gust as high as 40 mph, especially this morning.

The Kankakee River near Shelby Indiana will remain in flood.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thursday...
Elevated Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION:

An upper level disturbance could result in a narrow band of
accumulating snow developing Thursday and lingering into Thursday
evening. Most areas will probably see little or no snow
accumulation, however a 20 or 30 mile wide band of accumulating
snow, possibly in excess of 2 inches, could occur, especially
north of I-80.

The Kankakee River near Shelby Indiana will remain in flood.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
