DISCUSSION...
Fog is possible outside Chicago through mid morning today, some
may be dense, especially across portions of northwest and north
central Illinois.
There is a low chance for a few isolated thunderstorms tonight.
While coverage of any thunderstorms will likely be minimal and
severe weather is unlikely, a stronger thunderstorm capable of
producing hail can't be ruled out.

Saturday...
High Swim Risk.
Sunday through Wednesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Any lingering isolated thunderstorms over northeast Illinois and
northwest Indiana Friday morning will quickly exit east by mid

Strong northerly winds over Lake Michigan will result in large
waves and strong currents at the beaches, with these dangerous
swimming conditions possibly lingering into Saturday morning along
the northwest Indiana shore.
Thunderstorms are unlikely for much of the area over the weekend,
with a slight chance for thunderstorms primarily on Sunday night.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
GENERAL STORM MOTION TONIGHT:
Moving toward the southeast at 30 to 40 mph.
