This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central Illinois…Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected…

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.  Limited Flooding Risk.

DISCUSSION…

Thunderstorms are possible tonight mainly north of Interstate 80. Severe weather is not expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Monday through Saturday.

Monday…

Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.  Elevated Flooding Risk.

Tuesday through Thursday…

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

Friday…

Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.

Saturday…

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Additional storms are likely over the area late Monday afternoon into Monday night. Some of these storms could be severe, with damaging winds and possibly a few tornados. Heavy rainfall will also be possible with these storms.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
