There is a chance of thunderstorms late tonight over north central Illinois. In addition, heat indices could reach the mid 90s this afternoon.

DISCUSSION:
A cold front will settle across the region Tuesday, stalling across central Illinois and Indiana Tuesday night, then eventually lifting back north as a warm front Wednesday night. Several periods of scattered thunderstorms will be possible during mid week.
