* Affected Area...Winnebago, Boone, McHenry, Ogle, Lee, De Kalb,
Kane, DuPage, La Salle, Kendall, Grundy, Will, Kankakee,
Livingston, Iroquois and Ford Counties.
* Timing...Until midnight CDT tonight.
* Winds...South 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* Relative Humidity...As low as 30 to 35 percent.
* Impacts...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor
burning is strongly discouraged.
