Weather hazards expected...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk Tonight...with an associated:
Level 1 of 5 Large Hail Risk...up to quarter size.
DISCUSSION...
Scattered thunderstorms are expected to spread east-northeastward
later tonight into the predawn hours of Friday. The strongest
storms will be capable of producing hail, some as large as one
inch in diameter. The best chance for marginally severe hail is
expected to be roughly south of a Dixon to Watseka line.
While heavy downpours may cause ponding on some roads, widespread
flash flooding is not currently expected with tonight's showers
and thunderstorms.
