DISCUSSION...
Northwest winds may gust as high as 40 to 45 mph early this morning.
A period of wind-whipped wet snow will persist through around daybreak
this morning. Slushy accumulations are expected, especially on
cooler surfaces such as bridges and overpasses. Conditions will
quickly improve by mid morning as the snow ends.
