Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...
Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk, especially this evening.
DISCUSSION...
Southeasterly winds may sporadically gust to 40 mph late this
morning through the early afternoon. Then late this afternoon, a
few gusty showers may cause wind gusts to 45 mph just ahead of a
cold front. Behind the cold front, winds will shift to westerly
and rapidly strengthen toward and after sunset this evening, with
gusts to 40-50 mph, highest near and north of the Illinois and
Kankakee River Valleys.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Winds will gust to 40 mph from the west-northwest on Monday.
