* WHAT...For the first Wind Advisory, south winds 25 to 35 mph with 
  gusts up to 55 mph. For the High Wind Warning, south winds 25 to 
  35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. For the second Wind 
  Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph 
  expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and 
  northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.
* WHEN...For the first Wind Advisory, until 7 AM CDT /8 AM EDT/ 
  Saturday. For the High Wind Warning, from 7 AM CDT /8 AM EDT/ to 
  noon CDT /1 PM EDT/ Saturday. For the second Wind Advisory, from 
  noon CDT /1 PM EDT/ to 5 PM CDT /6 PM EDT/ Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. 
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, 
  especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around 
  unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power 
  outages may result.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Remain indoors during the highest winds, and avoid windows. Watch for
falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.
