DISCUSSION...
A very powerful storm system will affect the area Friday afternoon
through Saturday.
Strong southerly winds are likely Friday afternoon and evening
with gusts over 40 mph expected.
Then, a fast moving line of showers and thunderstorms is expected
to sweep across much of the outlook area Friday night. Some of
the thunderstorms could become severe, mainly posing a threat for
damaging winds.
Finally, late Friday night through early Saturday afternoon, a
period of very strong and potentially damaging southwest winds
are expected. Several hours with occasional wind gusts over 50 mph
are possible.
