Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited damaging wind risk...up to 60 mph.
Limited Flooding Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Scattered thunderstorms are likely over parts of northern IL this
afternoon and evening. The strongest will be capable of producing
isolated instances of strong damaging wind gusts. Heavy rainfall is
also like to accompany these thunderstorms, and this could result in
localized areas of minor flooding.

DISCUSSION:
Conditions may become favorable for thunderstorms with a cold front
late Monday afternoon and evening. Strong damaging wind gusts and
very heavy rainfall may accompany these storms, especially in areas
along and south of Interstate 88.
