DISCUSSION:
Scattered heavy rain producing storms are possible on Sunday,
especially over northwestern Illinois.
Conditions may become favorable to support the development of
additional thunderstorms with a cold front late Monday afternoon
and evening. Strong damaging wind gusts and very heavy rainfall
may accompany these storms.
