DISCUSSION...
Scattered thunderstorms are expected late this evening and
overnight across the area. A few of these may produce small hail.
Areas of fog are also possible tonight.

Elevated Ice Accumulation Risk near the Wisconsin state line.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:
Light icing due to freezing rain is possible across far northern
Illinois during the day Tuesday.
There will also be a continued chance for scattered thunderstorms
on Tuesday, especially in the morning. Locally heavy rainfall is
possible that may result in some ponding on roads and quick rises
along area streams.
The potential for fog will also continue Tuesday morning.
There is the possibility for accumulating snow across the area
Thursday afternoon through Thursday night.
