DISCUSSION...

Some freezing rain and sleet will lead to minor ice accumulations
this morning well south of I-80. Snow will develop this afternoon
and become heavy at times south of I-80, with near blizzard
conditions possible south of a Pontiac Illinois to Valparaiso
Indiana line.
