DISCUSSION:

A storm system is forecast to impact the area late Wednesday
into Thursday, initially bringing the potential for heavy
rainfall which could result in some localized flooding. Rain
could change to a period of freezing rain, then sleet and snow
before ending, with some threat for accumulating wintry
precipitation Wednesday night into Thursday.
