...GUSTY SNOW SHOWERS WITH RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES INTO THE
AFTERNOON HOURS...
Snow showers will continue to develop across the region through
the early afternoon hours with the highest coverage expected
along and north of I-80. While these snow showers will only last
for a few minutes at a time in any one location, they will be
capable of producing sharply reduced visibilities to under 1 mile
along with wind gusts of up to 40 mph for brief periods. Motorists
should use caution and be prepared for rapidly changing
visibilities as a result.
