This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Elevated Non thunderstorm wind Risk.

DISCUSSION...

A fairly strong system will move through the Ohio Valley and into
the eastern Great Lakes late tonight into Monday. Thunderstorms
will be possible ahead of the low late this afternoon or evening.
Strong west to northwest winds and a rapid temperature drop will
occur overnight, just prior to daybreak. Gusts to around 45 mph
are expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Monday...
Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk in the morning.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk across northwest Indiana.

DISCUSSION:

Strong winds behind a cold front will likely gust to around 45 mph
in the morning before gradually easing in the afternoon.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.

GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:

Moving toward the northeast at 40 to 45 mph.
