This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated Non thunderstorm wind Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Strong northwest winds will occur overnight behind a cold front
passage. Gusts up to around 45 mph are expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Friday.

Monday...
Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Strong northwest to west winds will likely gust up to around 45
mph in the morning. The strongest gusts will gradually ease in
the afternoon.

The strong and gusty winds are expected to produce high wave
action which will result in a period of lakeshore flooding
primarily across the Porter County shoreline on Monday.
