This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.
Weather hazards expected...
Limited Non thunderstorm wind Risk today.
Limited Fire Weather Risk this afternoon.
Limited Snow Risk late tonight.
DISCUSSION...
West winds are expected to gust to 30 mph or higher late this
morning through much of the afternoon. Snow showers will accompany
these winds primarily around and north of I-88 and result in
brief reductions in visibility. Also, low relative humidity
combined with the gusty winds will result in a limited fire
weather risk this afternoon.
Accumulating snow of one half to locally one inch is possible
late tonight, mainly along and south of I-80.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
Thursday night and Friday morning...
Limited Snow Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Accumulating snow is possible Thursday night into Friday morning
primarily south of I-80.
