Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

While thunderstorms across southwest Wisconsin storms will
weaken as they move east tonight, a few lingering showers and
thunderstorms may make it into parts of northern Illinois west
and north of Chicago after 3 AM. Severe weather is not expected.

DISCUSSION:

Near record high temperatures, with heat indices into the 90s,
are forecast Tuesday through Thursday.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop across southern
Wisconsin Tuesday afternoon, and these may spread south into
northern Illinois Tuesday evening. A few of these storms could be
severe across Wisconsin and adjoining portions of far northern
Illinois, with large hail and damaging winds the primary threats.
The threat of severe weather should decrease overnight.
