This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Northerly winds will be gusty up to 30 mph this afternoon. These
winds will produce 8 to 12 foot waves on southern Lake Michigan
later through tonight. Waves of this magnitude, combined with the
record lake levels, will result in an increase threat for
lakeshore flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
