This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Friday night...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Saturday...
Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk at night.
Sunday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A strong weather system will move across the Midwest Friday
through Sunday. Thunderstorms are possible south of I-80 on
Friday afternoon and across much of the are Friday night. Any
showers and storms during this time will be capable of heavy
rainfall. On Saturday, non-severe thunderstorms are expected to
diminish during the morning. Thunderstorms are then likely mid-
afternoon into mid-evening. Severe storms are possible during this
time, with damaging winds, hail and possibly a tornado or two.

Strong winds are then likely Saturday night and Sunday. Gusts
to 40 mph are likely with gusts to 50 mph possible.
