DISCUSSION...
Strong southerly winds this morning could gust over 40 mph.
Westerly winds could gust over 40 mph this afternoon and
tonight. The strong winds could result in a heightened fire
danger this afternoon. In addition, the strong northerly winds
will likely result in some minor lake shore flooding in Chicago
and more significant lake shore flooding and erosion along the
northwest Indiana shore.
