* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Winnebago, Boone, McHenry, Lake IL, Ogle, De Kalb and
Kane Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility and
the possibility of icy roads.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures across the area are below
freezing and this could lead to some slick spots on untreated
roads and sidewalks early this morning.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
