This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Thursday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Friday and Saturday...
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.

DISCUSSION:

An active weather pattern will set up across the region during
mid to late week. This active weather pattern will likely support
a couple of periods of moderate to briefly heavy rainfall, first
on Wednesday and then again on Thursday. Some embedded
thunderstorms will be possible too, primarily on Thursday
afternoon and evening. A stronger or marginally severe storm or
two cannot be ruled out, primarily for locales south of I-80.

Gusty northerly winds are forecast to develop over Lake Michigan
on Friday and linger into Saturday morning. As a result, the
development of large waves on on Friday will likely bring another
period of lakeshore flooding for parts of the southern Lake
Michigan shores.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
