…AREAS OF DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING…
Fog, some dense, will continue across parts of northern Illinois early this morning. This includes in and near Rockford, Belvidere, DeKalb, and far western and northern Chicago suburbs. Visibility under some of the thicker fog will be a few hundred yards or less. In addition, some slick spots may be seen on roads and sidewalks under the more thicker fog.
Motorists should drive with extra caution and allow additional travel time. Use low beams, reduce speed, and allow for plenty of room between you and other cars. </pre>
