DISCUSSION:

A strong storm system will move through the upper Midwest tonight through Friday. The local area will be on the warmer side of the storm, with a period of moderate rainfall and gusty southerly winds expected, primarily Thursday into Thursday evening. A few thunderstorms are possible Thursday into Thursday evening.
