DISCUSSION:

Two storm systems will bring a potentially excessive amount of
rain to the region Monday through Monday night and Wednesday
through Thursday. Depending on the exact track and strength of
these systems, heavy rain and significant rainfall amounts are
possible, which could result in flooding of low lying areas and
renewed rises along rivers and streams.
