THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:

Limited Fire Weather Risk this afternoon.

Several area rivers and streams remain in flood.

Relative humidity values will drop to the upper 20s to the lower 30s
in some areas this afternoon, with breezy southwest winds gusting to 25 mph.
This will create marginal fire weather risk conditions, so caution
is urged if burning today. Higher RH conditions are expected Sunday
but with similar gusty south winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Limited Fire Weather Risk.
Monday...
Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Fire Weather Risk.

River flooding will continue into early next week at several
locations.

DISCUSSION:

A cold front will move across the region Sunday night and Monday.
A few thunderstorms are possible Sunday night mainly over far north
central Illinois. Additional thunderstorms are expected Monday
afternoon, mainly across east central Illinois and northwest
Indiana. Some of these thunderstorms could be severe Monday
afternoon.
