THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Thunderstorm Wind Damage Risk...up to 60 MPH.
Elevated Flooding Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Thunderstorms are expected to develop late this afternoon or early
evening and will continue through late this evening. An isolated
strong to severe storm or two is possible, especially south and
east of an Ottawa to Naperville to Downtown Chicago line. Heavy
rainfall is also expected which could result in localized areal
flooding or river flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thursday...
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.
Friday through Sunday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Monday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected Friday
through the weekend. Saturday night into Sunday in particular
looks to be particularly heavy with renewed areal flooding and
river flooding a concern.
