DISCUSSION:

While uncertainty remains regarding the track of a strong storm
system for the end the week, there are growing indications that
impactful snow and wintry precipitation could occur over
portions of the area on Friday. Wind gusts to 40 mph will be
possible Friday. Heavy rain is also possible, especially south of
Interstate 80.
