Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.
Limited Ice Jam Flooding Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Wind chills as low as 20 below zero will occur this morning. The
coldest readings will be generally north of I-80 and along and
west of the Fox River Valley.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Saturday...
Limited Excessive Cold Risk in the morning.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Limited Ice Jam Flooding Risk.
Monday Night and Tuesday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Southwest winds on Saturday and Saturday night could gust as high
as 40 mph.

A threat for localized river ice jam flooding will continue
through at least Saturday.
