Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Sunday and Monday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited to Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A strong storm system is expected to bring a period of rain and
perhaps a few embedded thunderstorms to the region Sunday night
into Monday. Rainfall could be locally heavy at times,
particularly on Monday morning, leading to ponding in fields and
on roadways as well as rises in river levels.

Southwest to west winds may gust to 40 mph on Monday, with the
strongest winds expected mainly south of I-80.
