A short period of dense fog is likely early this morning before
conditions improve.
Strong westerly winds will develop later this morning and gust
around 35 mph into this afternoon. The combination of wind and
lingering ice on trees and power lines could result in additional
power outages and tree damage across far northern Illinois.
